Meet our CEO
Cinthia Di Marco currently serves as the CEO of Sarco Services, a Talent Acquisition Firm headquarter in Maryland.
Prior to forming Sarco Services, Cinthia spent the bulk of her career working for TEKsystems, one of the world’s leading IT Staffing Firms. During her decade long career with TEKsystems Cinthia had the opportunity to serve in a variety of positions, learning much about finding, hiring, and retaining talent.
Cinthia created Sarco Services because she saw the need for a more focused and localized talent acquisition strategy that would ultimately add better value to her clients and candidates alike.
As dynamic Recruiter Cinthia has helped hundreds of companies of all sizes successfully find talented employees to drive their company goals and achieve mission success. With over 20 years’ experience Cinthia brings extensive knowledge and connections to the recruitment process.
Cinthia holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Baltimore. In her spare time, she volunteers for multiple non-profits as one of her primary goals is to give back to the community.
